The race to The White House in the United States of America seems to be coming to an end, with Donald Trump looking likely to be handed a major blow in his pursuit in his contest for the elections.
Donald Trump has been a bitter man after his ambitions of staying in office for another one more term were blown away by Joe Biden.
Trump was over confident that he will outshine Biden in the elections, but things never went his way. By the conclusion of Pennsylvania State vote count, Democratic Party nominee Joe Biden had surpassed the 270 electoral college votes required as he gained 306 votes against the 215 votes of Donald Trump.
According to CNN news reports, The Supreme Court has handed Trump a major blow in an attempt to overthrow the elections.
His Pennsylvania Republicans had moved to the Supreme Court to block the certification of the elections results in commonwealth, whereby Biden had got more than 81K, but they met the unexpected.
The Supreme Court wrote to them saying, “The application for injunctive relief presented to Justice Alito and by him referred to the Court is denied.”
This latest blow has put Trump’s quest in the lame as he has nowhere to run to.
